    Reputation gained bugged?

    Hello. I've been doing some ABs' and I noticed that my reputation gained is 11 rep. (1+ rep because of "Diplomacy").
    Shouldn't my rep gain be like 16-17 ?

    Is there a bug or what is happening?

    That perk only affects reputation gained for killing mobs.

    What about honor btw? Is it +50%?
