Character lvl up with coins - Outland (services)

I would like to ask if this choice is going to happen. I believe that many players want this to happen.

Outland leveling is really fast, its x5 no need for this imo.

I think a lot of people hope they dont do it too. It will make the world more alive if people have to level :) Just my opinion tho :)
