(Outland) Unable to faction change.

Hey Guys,

Sorry if a fix has been posted before I wasn't able to find it.

When trying to process a faction change through My Account on the website, whenever the drop down appears for "Select Character" when you're meant to choose your new race nothing comes up.

Any ideas?

Tried 2 different browsers, cleared cookies etc.

this is where you select the character whose appearance/race you want for your new character. Meaning you have to make a lvl 1 from which to copy.
