anyOne got banned because of using VPN?

decause of political limit, we must use VPN toos to play on Outland server, but plenty of my friends got banned after use VPN recently. seems this related to the DOS attack event rencently? this do effect we innocent players, wish GM or website Manager can check this out ,remove the innocent ban.

Using VPN itself is not bannable, however IPs of a VPN can be banned if someone on the same VPN violates our rules.
