Drakefist Hammer dual wield

Two-part question:
- Are you able to dual wield the BS-craftable weapon Drakefist Hammer (fairly sure that you can due to non-unique, but better safe than sorry) and if so,
- Does the haste proc stack?

you should be able to dual wield them.. as for as them stacking I don't think it should..
