Error tone/sound canceling for key spammers

Looking for an addon i had in official TBC canceled error tones/sound when spamming keys. It is quite obnoxious.

just read the read.me file it tells you where to put it its not in addons its in sounds folder.

thats exactly what i am looking for but im having trouble following the directions given in the read.me file cannot find \sound under H:\World of Warcraft\Data\enGB could you help me find exactly where it needs to go?
