Wotlk addons to help power level an alt

Greetings. Today I decided to make an alt on ice crown, and power level it with my level 80 main. So far I've just had a follow macro on my alt, and picked up all the quests/quest items I can manually on my alt on my other monitor. So the question is whether there are any addons to make the journey a bit more hassle-free? Like an addon to take all quests on an npc automatically or an addon that picks up the quest items and so on. Any and all help and tips are appreciated.

You likely want to visit the multiboxing section of the forums, there is a lot of info there about this.
To answer your question about the addon, you could use Jamba which does exactly what you want for the quests, there is nothing that automatically will loot for you however, you will need to get an interact with target macro.
