Leatherworking - Heavy knothide leather

Can someone please tell me where to get the recipe for heavy knothide leather ? , ive been googling this for days and i cant progress in my LW. I also asked in global and all i got was its from nagrand but you need to be honored ? , where in nagrand ? , is it a vendor ? whats the vendor's name ? , do i need to be honored , if so how can i farm for rep ?

I've been to all 3 vendors lol .. they dont sell it xD .. but i checked AH .. guess ill just buy it there , thanks though :)

Umm what? Those vendors DO sell it BUT people buy it out to repost it on the AH because they know chucks will buy it for overpriced prices.

The recipe respawns every 10 minutes so you need to speak, speak, speak with vendor to see it.
