Medivh like Lordaeron?

Im interested in playing casually and reliving TBC like I did back in the day. I want to play x1 to enjoy the whole game again. Problem: is Medivh like Lordaeron is the sense they made it harder end game? I l;ike the x1, but not making endgame rediculous.

Its ...similar, but I think Lordaeron is deliberately harder, while medivh is "harder" but only in the sense that they reverted the changes made in the wotlk pre-patch that made raids A LOT easier, basically they are "release" raids, where its technically harder than wotlk pre-patch, which Outland has.

But its not made harder on purpose with 2x boss hp or anything like that.
