Interact with target

How do you guys get around not having interact with target? do you just accept all quests manually?

Via broad cast for more then 5,or accept 1 then share if 5 or less.

My inform could be dated (This is based on WotLK) but there is an interact with target bind in your keybinds, So you just target the NPC with /assist macro then hit the Interact with Target keybind and then there is a macro to accept quests i'll see if i can find it for you!

Here is what I use:

/script SelectGossipAvailableQuest(1)
/script CompleteQuest()
/script GetQuestReward(1)

All you have to do is right-click the quest-giver to get their dialog to popup, then spam the button associated with this macro. Change the numbers in first/third functions to accept different quest number or quest reward. This is especially useful for repeated cloth turnins and things like tha
