WotLK Lagging at windows 10

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP WHAT TO DO WITH THIS HORRIBLE MS (2-9k)

I was playing Icecrown with win 7 OS smoothly. Yesterday I upgraded my system with intel kabylake processor since kabylake does not support win 7 I had to switch to windows 10. After all the tiring **** I finally played Icecrown.

It was doing well. When i restarted my system & every time I log in to Icecrown it gives me 2-9k ms. Been searching all the stuffs at google and other forums it giving me a hard time and a head ache.

If anyone here knows the solution. Please I'm begging you to help me. I just want to have a chill time and have fun.
