Flying mounts in ground zones

Is it possible to make fly mounts mountable like it is on retail ?
So not to be misunderstood fly mounts to be like ground mounts they can jump but not to fly in certain zones like bgs etc.

Like it is on retail? Fly mounts are only available in Outland and Northrend. If you want to fly around pre-tbc lands I suggest you to play in Cataclysm.

that feature was implemented on cataclysm, the only flying mount you can use on wotlk has a ground mount is Invencible's Reins
