Technical Group Bug character stucked

hello my Character Thoridale on realm Icecrown is in no group but it says im in a group when i try to join Dungeonbrowser. I cant leave any group, i have already done relog 10times, reload, deleting cache but this bug is still active on my character need help :O

i figured a solution out by myself.
