    Dudu drop soulcleaver pendant?

    Dudu healer rolls 100 on Soulcleaver pendant, and dudu boomie rolls 50, boomie gets it, both of them had inferior one, can this neck be considered DPS Only?

    RDPS/Rshamans/HPals should have prio on that neck over rdudus/hpriest/dpriests
