Burning Crusade Outland - Issues getting the Netherwing Rep quests! Help?

Hello. I've done all the quests for Mordenai in Shadowmoon Valley and then for Neltharaku the flying dragon... Supposely, after killing Zuluhed and everything, Mordenai should send me undercover to the Dragonmaw orcs... that quest was never there for me to take! I understand there are no other requirements to be able to get the quest... Anyone else with the same problem? I want the quest "In Service of the Illidari" :( help!
