    Best Gear To Donate 30 pts!

    So im going to start playing shamman and i have 30 donation coins that i want to spend on my shamman so my question is wich items are best and why
    ?

    Race: Dranei
    Also i will play pvp mainly and pve somtimes^(its rare)..
