Premium (Premium status)
Contributor (+3% coins on each donation) - You'll need to donate at least 100$ all together to get this rank
Supporter (+5% coins) - Donated 250$
Honored (+8% coins) - Donated 500$
Exalted (+10% coins) - Donated 1000$

Basically look at the amount you donated as if it were achievement points in point system. The more you have, the more you'll get from it.
