Is selling high rating arena teams a bannable offense?

Selling teams in general is not allowed. You only allowed to sell what's possible to sell through our marketplace.

Agramon probably misunderstood you, I see no reason why'd anyone ban you for selling ingame stuff for ingame gold.

I think it should be allowed to sell arena teams for gold, but monitor on it if the team will be involved in win-trading. Then its for ban.

As I recall, the reason people bought teams on retail was to avoid the early part of the team rating grind. For example, even 2k players might buy a 1200 team if they didn't have a team and wanted to grind rating as quickly as possible. And it was perfectly legal and open, as long as it was sold for gold.
