Not working addons

Hello fellas. Before few months I bought a new PC and I'm on Windows 10 now. So straight to the problem. I downloaded WoW, also downloaded a lot of addons, but then i realised something... only GearScoreLite is working from all of them( I used all of them before and yes i know how to use addons and how to configurate them). The first think I did was to delete the WTF folder... aaaand nothing. After that I installed VC pack... same. Can you help me somehow? With advice for example?

I'm not very techy but for me It's almost always because the addons are not extracted into the right place or they have been extracted but are still in a main folder rather extracted out of that and into the addon folder.
