1. Warmane ticket response

    I sent a genuine ticket to the warmane gamemasters concerning the despawn time on dungeon bosses(People losing loot and quest items if they die and have to run back to the instance if they don't have someone to rez them) and the ticket sat there for 72 hours and finally i got something to the mail and what was it?

    Blank mail. No text no nothing. Thanks guys, really professional.

  3. Well it doesn't really give a good impression of the staff if they just tick the "seen" box and be done with it.

    On a side note, bugs should be reported to the bugtracker and not via in-game tickets


  5. Should be in the suggestions forum. GMs can't change the game mechanics/settings/whatever.
