When PVP'ing or Targeted by opposite faction do you get chat muted?

For some reason if I target horde or they target me or while in PVP it says I cannot chat for 45 seconds, its getting really annoying. I'm not sure if this is for everyone or my account for some reason has a issue with it. I'm lvl 32 atm, and when I get targeted by horde to target them/pvp I cannot whisper, emote, chat in any channel for 45 seconds each time. Its really frustrating.

I assume you use Carbonite, try the deactivate the communication settings and it wont happen again.

OMG if that is it, you are a god send! Thank you I will look in the settings now, and yes I use carbonite.
