Cant get Ebon Hold rep

Hey,
I have transfered from ali to horde and Im not exalted with Ebon Hold and I cant take pre Q. Since noone is answering on my ingame ticket since Friday, Im writing it here cause I need that head enchant (50AP +20 crit).
