Technical my account have been banned for advertising

i dont understand why i got banned, i never advertised. i logged into game yesterday, and i log today...boom, ban.
where this ban came from, i never advertised, please if any GM see this please unban me, maybe i have some viruses in computer, i dont know.
in addition, if u decide to unban my account tell me how to prevent this for next time.
what i should do?
i played like 6 years in this server.

My account also banned for Advertising im not sharing with any1 i leveled my rogue yesterday, today i come back from work boom banned havent even writen in trade chat anything ..

Same thing happen to me & my friend ip today contacted [email protected] , submited ticket & still waiting on answer ...
