    Devouring Plague and Mastery

    I just notice that the DoTs from Devouring Plague do not get duplicated with mastery.

    Is this how it should work?

    After researching, DoTs from DP should benefit from mastery. It is currently bugged. We are missing out 39% DPS (more or less depend on your mastery) from DP DoT and a lot of healing from the missing ticks.
