purification of quel delar not working?

hi, today I was doing the quel'delar quest chain and when I got to the sunwell part it just broke or w.e.
im supposed to talk to the npc and tp above the kil'jaeden room, this works, however i am not phased out of the raid like I should. meaning I have m'uru behind me and a blockade infront of me as im tp'd inside..
