I don't see the problem with a little 2x incentive, would boost the population a bit, and it's not so game breaking it would disturb the server in any real way. I know it won't happen though, but meh

yes, great idea and opportunnity to support the server for example 1 week exp boost 2x = 10 donate coins or some amount of vote points.
