Switching to this server

First and foremost,thank you for reading my post,
I would like to ask you guys is it worth switching here from Frostwolf since it is not getting much attention and in my opinion declining in player activity.
How long would it take to get to max level,is PvP good?

40 hours for lvl 70. PvP is good at horde side.
