Burning Crusade Q: We need to download client when issues fixed?

I saw the new changelog about TBC expansion, I'm playng on Medivh, however..I'm supposed to download the client again or this updates apply themselves on their server core?

The updates are always to the core, since we don't do custom changes to the client. No need to get the client again.
