so i downloaded mop got 3 lvl 90 chars but pop kinda low i want to go to outland or ice crow nice high pop but how do i do this with out the 7 gig update? i have the full game so why should i download again? ty for the info

Advanced: you can downgrade but you wont be able to do it.
