two hours in, can't log into Outland

I can log into medivh just fine, but if I try to log into Outland I either get "'success" and never get the characters, or if i log into medivh and go to change to Outland I just get "logging into game server" and never get to the characters.

Restart pc and should work fine.

Thanks, yeah I tried that, I deleted my WTF File and restarted, no avail, even reinstalled it to not avail after rebooting as well. Can't get onto Outland at all, Medivh works fine though ??
