Technical Hacked while playing

My son was listing things on the auction house when he got disconnected from the game.
he tried to login and it kept saying incorrect password (or to that effect)
He tried to login on warmane site and it said incorrect password.
So he then did a password recovery, and when he logged in to his Gmail email account, there was
an email 10 mins before he was disconnected from game labelled " your email address has been successfully changed" !!!!!
he didn't make this change... he has replied to [email protected] with no reply or contact.. he is a donater to the site and has
had no support !!!!!!! and has now been locked out of his account for 48hrs........

why has nobody contacted him about this issue ?

and to add someone has stripped his account because we have seen it log in and now its naked.

i guess he shared his account info with someone else and account sharing is perma bannable on this server which will probably happen within the next few days, tho you are using his account to log in which is also bannable offence as its account sharing rip you.
