How does end count work?

Hi, I am new to Warmane, at the end of the expansion content do the servers reset back to the beginning of the expansion, remain at end content, or continue to next expansion?

The expansions themselves remain at end content.
As far as I'm aware they don't intend to upgrade any realms to the next expansion.
