I believe its a known issue but I just got magtheridons head and can't accept the quest. Some people ingame said to make a post on here to get the quest given to me. Names Mahatmaganja, horde side.

Make an ingame ticket about the issue, I had the same problem and thats how I got my Maggy head quest completed.
