Burning Crusade Game lags (twitching)

After last maintance i decided to delete my WDB folder because its always suggested on other private servers so if some changes/fixes were made on items for example it will be shown properly. However after this i met some issue: sometimes for about 10-20 seconds when im running with my character picture starts to twitch but fps doesnt realy drop (50-60 when usually its ~60). i dont know whether its because of deleting WDB folder or something else but was fine and smooth before. Its not impossible to play but quite annoying when it happens.
Please write down if u had same problem or know how to solve it. Thx.

nvm i guess its my PC. =\

Is it necessary to delete WDB folder after server updates at all? Like today a lot of items was fixed (stats) so if cache wont be renewed, info wont be shown correctly right?
