how can i get those Points? some of u says "vote to get Points" but where do i vote or how else?

There is no "voting" involved anymore, that was years ago. Now all you need to collect points is to click on the "Collect points" link on "My Account". In order to be able to collect them however, you need to have at least 1000 unique achievement points across all the characters on that account. Note that they have to be unique (if you have the same achievement on more than one character, it only counts once)
