WotLK In-game GMs not never help

I'm only posting this here because the in-game GM did not help me and just left an automated response to come to the forums/bugtracker.

From the GM post, my issue is regarding:

•Max level reputation factions with which it is impossible to obtain exalted status due to bugged quest(s) blocking further progress.

Which is supposed to be handled by a ticket, but it was not.

I cannot unlock the daily quests for Frenzyheart tribe so I cannot get to exulted.

I have completed all of the Frenzyheart and Oracle quests upto "Frenzyheart Champion", by killing the oracle and saving the frenzyheart. However, Zepik then never gives me the followup quest to unlock the dailies: "Return of the Lich Hunter"

Without this I am stuck at honoured. I thought the in-game GM would just be able to give me the quest, or mark it as completed, but I don't think they even read my ticket.
