Goblin Engineer quest bugged. Anyone have the same problem or know how to fix?

Seriously have had this GM ticket open for hours now. Quest is completely bugged. Relogged on a different computer even. Pretty much I accept the quest, go to Tanaris to turn in. He accepts it, gives me the gold, but I don't receive Goblin Engineering. I can then go back to Ironforge, receive the quest again, repeat. I've tried to find the quest in stormwind, it isn't there. Same with outlands. It's just a complete bug I'm stuck in. Really would be thankful for some help.

Works for horde atleast. Did you get the follow up quest where you sign the paper thing?

Where are you getting the quest? I"m trying to pick it up but I cant get the quest... I tried with a bunch of different NPCs

i complete it yesterday :) got the pre-q from ironforge and go to tanaris with 20 big iron bombs, 20 heavy dynamite and 5 explosive sheeps, works 100%
