Professions are gone after payment of char

I just have bought a character which should have 2 professions. Blacksmithing & Mining.
The professions are both gone, how is that possible.
I am even wearing tank made gear from blacksmithing 350 level.

In case the professions should be kept, I like to get it back.

Am I getting any help or is it normal things get bugged when you just spend money?

Open a ticket from the account panel, anything you paid for with coins is reclaimable in this case. I've never heard of the same problem with other people but I'm almost certain you won't get a direct fix from posting here. The support here is mostly player to player for whatever reason.

Are you talking about an ingame ticket ? or ticket from my account panel on this website ?
