Why are GDKP runs extinct here?

Anyone know why there are never any GDKP runs? I'm interested in starting a weekly gdkp run, and just want to see if the community is interested (and why / why not). They were a pretty big thing back in retail, but cease to exist on this server.

The rough estimated cost (in my recent experience selling gold) is about 1500g per coin, meaning 23x 1500 = 34.5k per item, versus 500-2000g for most items in a gdkp run. I realize I am comparing BIS gear to (in most instances) non-BIS gear, but I feel the price difference more than makes up for it. Thoughts?

If i make a guild/pug with "no balkan players" restriction, will it hurt and project rule and lead to warning/ban ?
Otherwise there is not chance to make successfull GDKP raid .

The only GDKP raids I've ever encountered on this server were in guilds, pugs here are too busy judging each other for that ****.
