WotLK Client crashing

Hello,

As of recently (about a week ago exactly) I started having errors with the WoW client.
It all started when the game froze along with my laptop, forcing me to take out the battery to be able to shut down the laptop.

Ever since then, whenever I raise my view distance in the game above a certain threshold (around the middle bit), my game will instantly crash upon loading my character giving me error #134 with this file (https://puu.sh/wvS8p.png)

However, when I lower the view distance below the said threshold, instead of getting error #134, I will randomly get an FPS freeze then disconnect from the game. This happens at completely random times, not necessarily when there is heavy processing involved. I am 101% sure that it's not a problem with my internet, as I am able to connect smoothly and in a stable manner to anything else, no latency spikes or packet loss either.

Now I figured that if there was a way to replace the file in error #134 in case it is corrupt that I can fix it, but I can't find that file anywhere.

What should I do to be able to solve this kind of problem?

EDIT: I forgot to also mention, sometimes when I get disconnected I get sent back to Teldrassil (Night Elf Druid), and it's very annoying to have to go back anywhere.
