Model Editing Suite - Not working?

Well I try to replace draenei male with blood elf male, I enter game and i can't move at all/can't see the character. just freezes. Can you tell me how you do it/what you're using exactly.

Spent a day playing round with it and here is my result: Works great, however, sometimes it shows a blue skin instead.
