New player question and 64-bit client

Hey guys i moved here from other MoP server because i heard pvp here is good. So i started leveling and i noticed few server lags as well as game crashed twice. Plus i cant seem to find a link for 64-bit client. The one that i did find which i downloaded didnt work as it said corrupt file and then i deleted it. But now i cant seem to download it again from that Mega something website as it says transfer quota exceeded. So i need bit of help here for 64-bit client. Also what is the rates here like ?
