Why I have this message? 72 hours have passed and I still cant use the coins in trading.. whats going on..

Sorry for asking another question within an already made thread but I believe it is relevant and someone could answer 2 questions at the same time :)
Is there any way to check at what time a character was sold at so you can see how many hours have passed on the 72 hour window? sorry :) ty
