Name Change not available

Is there any particular reason why we aren't able to change names for coins on Outland?

I get that there's plenty of arguments against enabling faction change and race change being tricky in TBC, but can't we get the possibility to change names?
Quite the bummer considering the character market is thriving but people aren't able to change their name. I'm sure it would help to pay the bills quite a bit aswell )
