Hi there, I was wondering if any experienced Feral (Kitty dps) can point out the best professions for PVP and PVE.

You use Wolfshead Helm for PvE, and Tier 4 helmet for PvP.

If you want pve go for Wolfshead Helm + Alchemist trinket.
You will need it to powershift a lot cause of mana problem;
=> 15 str x 1.13 % (3% spec and 10% bless on all stat)= 17
so 17 Str (2 Ap each) + 17 agi AP = 51 AP +10 % AP from spec = 56 AP + 10 % from enh buff = 61 AP
Now crit part, 23 agi for 1 % crit => 17 agi = 0.74% crit
So this trinket is a good constant of 0.74 % crit + 61 AP when raid buff, not that bad and good effect on pots
If you want to pve as cat you gonna have to be competitive vs other pure dps (you can make a little less since you bring hybrid (off tank, innerv heal, Brez, but dont get a big gap with others).

PS: second profession for feral is LW from drum and some stuff you can craft, you will have to herb and skinning on reroll (i advice you a hunter as farmer)
