Pandaria Latency issues

Hello,i started having latency issues on Frostwolf not long ago.
I reported it a couple of times.
Many players lag at the same time as i do,but after server was down and then i logged in later,same issue.
I have 1 second delays on spells and lags.
I have around 60 ms when i log in. After i duel someone,i have 140,which feels like 500+ because of lag and delays.

Pinging logon.warmane.com [188.138.40.87] with 32 bytes of data:

here's pinging if it helps.
I asked my internet provider to check my signal and speed,but I don't know how this will end up.
Is there anyone else expeiriencing the same issues or it's only me? i'd really want to know and get this fixed as soon as possible...

I'm on Outland; two days ago I started to experience high constantly latency (20k +) while before that I was usually get 10-15ms.

No changes on my side and already troubleshooted all the possible things, just to ensure this isn't a problem of mine. It isn't.
Other wow servers, with same setup, connections, etc, runs fine.

The exact same thing with my issue,but i don't get such latency,i get 130+ ms,but i have lags like 1000 ms and i have chat and spells delay. Also tried other servers and i dont have any issue,i used pingpath,cmd ping and it's all fine,asked my provider to check my signal and speed strength,they told me everything was going fine. I am waiting for game masters to answer,or the technical support...
