WotLK Bugged Kroshius Infernal Core Quest

As I wrote upper, Kroshius is invulnerable, there is no way to even hit him.
Looking for solution.

You could only post it in bug-tracker and wait if they fix it somedays. A duplicate post or open threads don't help...

Confirming still bugged... opened a ticket in game, GM said there is nothing they can/will do and to check the bug tracker. bug tracker has had this issue on it for over a year now, still no fix. Makes me not want to play my warlock any further at all, missing a cooldown ability like that is pretty lame.
