If I remember correctly - head and shoulders. You can also go hands and shoulders (lowest resilience loss), but I prefer that 5% damage boost on Crusader from PvP hands (It's not much, but it adds up!).
However I dislike playing like that much, unless it's BG's and I have a premade with at least one healer. 5/5 PvP ftw!
