MoP wont let me on?

Im a new player, i have an account but when i try to log in appears Frostwolf its offline, but i dunno if its a problem of the server or a prooblem with my pc, help me please, i already changed the realmlist

Hey, I and my cousin want to get on the MoP servers but we get this message every time.
