A shaman without totems

I bought this shaman off the web site, and the previous owner has deleted the totems ......

Totem quests cannot be repeated and there is no way for me to acquire them in game.

I cannot even imagine the sad life that would make somebody do that.

Previous owner also lied that the character is Kara attuned. He also deleted the mount...

So now I have a shaman without totems, that I cannot play .....

Admins / GM, if there is any way you can help me fix this, please let me know.

I did open a GM ticket, but I have no hope that a GM will even contact me in game.

Put up a ticket on the website, I've gotten responses to similar issues within 48 hours at the worst (often within 24). Definitely not on the forums.

Contact a GM and they should be able to add new ones.
